Threaded Plug set to seal the threads when cleaning the gland area of a cylinder.
4 – plastic plugs ((3/4″) to insert into a cylinder. The tops are flat and are inserted using a key. Once inserted they are parallel with the O-ring gland. Allowing the technician to scrape or clean around the O-ring gland without debris falling into the cylinder. If the key is lost, the technician can use their Damage Estimating reference plate (DERP) to remove the plug.
