Our DEMA training class is open to ALL persons, new inspectors, or seasoned veterans. If this is your first training the cost of the 1 day cylinder visual inspection class is $300 and includes textbook, workbook, and certification.
If you have prior cylinder inspection training, from any organization, and this is a refresher course, we offer a $50 discount off the program. Please Contact us INFO@CYLINDERTRAININGSERVICES.COM for a discount code.

Cylinder Visual Inspection Training at the DEMA Dive show in New Orleans. This course will be taught at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center ROOM 265 – see map below. Class starts on 11/13/23 at 0800. Class will be completed by 5:00 p.m.
If you are driving, or in the area, please bring your smallest /oldest / worse cylinder to class.
A ONE-DAY visual cylinder inspection class where, upon completion, you will be certified to visually inspect cylinders for the next three years. This program includes a visual inspection of all types of cylinders;
- aluminum
- steel
- composite
as well as training in
- valves
- oxygen cleaning
- compressors
The class features hands-on training as well as lectures.
The training course covers the proper techniques and procedures for visually examining cylinders to ensure their safety, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. It involves the identification and assessment of any visible defects, damages, or signs of wear and tear that could compromise the cylinder’s functionality or pose risks to users.
