Valve Tester

Once you rebuild your valve you need a way to test it before placing on a cylinder. This tester attaches to a cylinder. You then have a long hose and can place a pressurized valve in a tub of water checking for leaks.

The tester ensures the valve works properly before placing it on a cylinder and filling that cylinder to capacity. If a valve fails during the filling process, the technician needs to spend the time to drain the cylinder, rebuild the valve, then re-pressurize the cylinder.
