Visual Inspection Stickers

No need for separate stickers, these handle all fills! Use a permanent marker to sign your inspector number and the hole punch to mark the desired cleaning level. Everything stays on the sticker and shows that the cylinder was inspected by a trained individual. The inspector signs their name and number below the following statement: “This cylinder was inspected by a trained inspector and complies with the appropriate government safety regulations or gas industry standards of its stated material.”
