Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our orders are shipped using the most cost-effective method based on size, weight, and final destination.

Refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase on items that have not been used or damaged by the customer.

We do not list pricing for international shipments. There are a number of carriers depending on which country we ship. When you place your order we will see that it is out of the country. We will try and determine the most efficient and least costly. We will then contact the customer with the price so they can determine if they wish to proceed with the order. We can generally give a shipping estimate within 24 hours of receiving the order.


We guarantee our products for 90 days. We will gladly replace any product which fails to work properly due to manufacturing defects. We do not guarantee defects or problems caused by the end-user.


If you sign up for a class it is expected that you will be at the listed location, date, and time. If the class is canceled by CTS then a full refund will be provided. If a student cancels their attendance and gives over 14 days notice, they will be entitled to a refund assuming no other arrangements or obligations were made. If the student cancels in less than 14 days notice it is up to the discretion of the company if a refund will be provided. The preference will be to sign them up for the next available course
