Take a break and read all about Cylinder Safety!
What is corrosion and what is the best protection for cylinders exposed to harsh environments?

Part 2 – In the first part of this series we talked about determining the explosive force of a rupturing cylinder. It was discussed that there are number of factors and it is difficult to determine an exact number or equivalent force.
When trying to figure out the calculations used to determine the explosive force of a cylinder you must have a true love of mathematics. While researching the question of how much force or energy is generated with a ruptured cylinder we were shocked with the numerous variables required in the calculations.
